A client of ours rented a Recreational Vehicle to transport their photographer, the photo equipment, and the models who were working as independent contractors, to the photoshoot location. While driving on the highway , one of the models opened the door to the outside, thinking it was the bathroom door, and stepped out into traffic. As she was badly injured and no longer able to work, the client was sued and the model collected more than $500,000 – all covered by the client’s general liability policy.
